In town traveling for the weekend from Kansas City and there is nothing in Kansas City comparable to what we received from here. It’s just that good. 10/10 highly recommended this jewel. #impressed

Doesn't look like much from outside, but this is truly a must stop place! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My only regret is that I had to take my meal to go. Well, that and I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! The staff all seemed friendly and focused on anticipating the needs of customers. The burrito was the best I have ever had and was large enough I had leftovers to enjoy later.

Always busy but ALWAYS worth the wait! Scrumptious green chili and amazing enchiladas, deep fried tacos, and every other Mexican delicacy you can imagine, cooked and served by different generations of the same friendly family. All topped off with an incredible sopaipilla for dessert. Do yourself a favor and visit the next time you're looking for a great meal!

Our experience can be summed up in one word - wow. To start, these are some of the friendliest people we ever met. Everyone who works here is inviting, friendly and professional. We had a great time chatting and joking around with them. The food was superb! The chips come with three delicious sauces and each of the entrees were bursting with flavor. The sopapillas were a fantastic dessert to end an amazing meal. I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Everything was great and I'm sad that it's so far away from where I reside.

Welcome to the Bessemer neighborhood of Pueblo where Estela's Mill Stop Cafe has been cooking wonderful food for over 40 years. I got in at 11:05 and got a booth right away. Within 30 minutes every table was taken and a few diners were starting to sit at the counter rather than wait. Arrive as close to 11am as you can..... I had Huevos con Papas and was totally full and content by the time I left. The word here is "fresh". Don't expect to get any hot sauce in a bottle. The Salsa, Pico de Gallo, and Hot Sauce come in small dishes, perfect for dipping or spooning onto your plate.

Cute cafe tucked into an industrial area of Pueblo. Very friendly and fast staff. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Food was good, their green chile was excellent. Beans were tasty but the rice was a little overcooked for my taste. Serving sizes were very generous. Drinks were constantly refilled. Prices were not too bad considering the portion sizes. Complimentary sopapillas served at the end of your meal with honey and a cinnamon/sugar shaker. This just tops off the excellent service and family like atmosphere.
